When you first receive your rope toy, it will be tightly woven. As your dog plays with it, the webbing will relax.

Don't worry, this is normal! Our rope toys are designed to loosen so that they have room to move with your dog.

This allows the toy to stretch and absorb shock - creating a better play experience for you pup!

Shipping Info

Here at Wag Box we want to keep shipping costs as low as we can. For orders under $80, there's a flat $7 shipping rate for non-rural addresses and $12 for our rural friends.

If you spend over $80 with us, shippings on us!

Shipping times within South Island are overnight and 2-3 working days to North Island, we estimate to add on 5 days for rural deliveries.

We do not ship internationally at this time!

Returns Info

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanged if your item has been removed from packaging or played with.

If your toy is unused and you would like to return it for any reason (change of mind included), you have 30 days from delivery to request a refund.

You must contact us at woof@wagbox.co.nz within 30 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.

All return postage costs must be covered by the customer.

Our favourite!!!

This one is definitely Shadow’s favourite! If your dog loves balls, check! If your dog loves tug, check! Super strong too! We’re over a month in and no signs of fraying yet which is mind blowing.
