We do not accept returns of toys that have been damaged by chewing or rough play. The owner is responsible to supervise their dog and remove if the toy shows signs of damage.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we also cannot accept returns or exchanges if your item has been removed from packaging or played with.

If your toy is unused and in its original packaging, you can return it for any reason (change of mind included). You have 30 days from delivery to request a refund.

To request a return or exchange, contact us at woof@wagbox.co.nz within 30 days of delivery.

All return postage costs must be covered by the customer.

Here at Wag Box we want to keep shipping costs as low as we can. For orders under $80, there's a flat $7 shipping rate for non-rural addresses and $12 for our rural friends.

If you spend over $80 with us, shippings on us!

We do not ship internationally at this time!

Shipping times within South Island are overnight and 2-3 working days to North Island, we estimate to add on 5 days for rural deliveries.

We do not offer regular pick ups at this time.

We can, however, organise for you to pick up your order from our market stall when we do weekend markets across Canterbury!

We will then refund you the cost of shipping once we've confirmed your pick up.

We offer standard payments such as AfterPay, Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Union Pay, and American Express.

All dogs play differently and while we believe our rope toys are stronger than many dog toys on the market, we cannot guarantee your dog will not break Wag Box toys.

No toy is indestructible. Our toys are designed to be strong and durable for tugging, throwing and pulling.

Be conscious of your dog's play style and choose a toy with their that in mind. For example, if your dog enjoys chewing and shredding rubber toys, we would advise against purchase a toy with TPR rubber.
